We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as minor repairs, yard work and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Responsibilities Perform minor fixes such as servicing simple equipment, minor repairs incl. paint touch ups, filling gaps on walls etc. Install appliances and equipment under direction and supervision Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, changing air filters, lubricating hinges and tools Collaborate with workers and other professionals to prepare for events and functions Report to on duty manager or owner for issues Skills Proven experience domestic or in industry doing similar tasks Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems an advantage Experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity High school diploma or equivalent Job Types: Part-time
