Lost my turtle, looking for a new one.

Yesterday my turtle escaped it’s enclosure in Queens and I haven’t been able to find him. I’m looking for a turtle vendor or a direction I should take to find a legal turtle that is in good health to unfortunately replace my last one because I hate to see my mom sad about her little friend being gone.
