Part-time Assistant Butcher needed at The Local Butcher. Possible potential for full-time for the right person. Assistant Butcher will assist in the dispatch of livestock. They will assist with skinning, eviscerating, and cleaning carcasses for the cooler. Assistant will need to be able to follow sanitation procedures and fill out paper work related to the plants food safety plan. This position requires you to lift up to 75lbs and work on your feet for an 8 hour shift. Normal slaughter days are Tuesday-Thursday 6:30-3:30. No experience necessary, but a positive attitude to learn a must. Starting pay for inexperienced individual is $16.00 per hour. Please contact Russ at 603 813-2054.
