This position is responsible for general maintenance on property grounds and buildings. Smiles are a must when interacting with co-workers, and guests. Some weekends and holidays. Willing to work outdoors rain or shine. Must be dependable with good transportation. Must have good record of attendance and punctuality. Must be physically able to work in a safe and proper manner. Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
