This Sound Bath will bathe your body in sound waves and take your body, mind & spirit into a blissful state. A Sound Bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. It is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery. Vibrations and sounds produced by singing bowls and tuning forks can "tune" your body, mind and spirit back into alignment. During a Sound Bath you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being. It begins with a short guided-meditation to prepare your body and mind for the experience which follows. You will experience the healing power of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and a crystal pyramid. The healing frequencies and vibrations will wash away all your stress, tension, and cares. All you have to do is lie there and allow the healing sounds and vibrations to wash over you. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience. You will leave feeling completely relaxed and uplifted, with a sense of well-being. *This class is limited to 6 people, and there will be 6 ft. social distancing implemented. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, eye-pillow, etc. Masks are required for all teacher and guests.
