Burn by Rocky Patel Indianapolis is partnering with Prime 47 Steakhouse and Rabbit Hole Distillery to bring you an experience of a lifetime! The event will be held at Prime 47 Steakhouse in downtown Indianapolis. Guests will be entertained by special guest Stephanie Smith as she explains the 4 course meal paired with the entire Rabbit Hole line up. 1st Course - Spinach Salad & Rabbit Hole "Cavehill" 4 Grain Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 2nd Course - Cedar Planked Braised Pork Belly & Rabbit Hole "Boxergrail" Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey 3rd Course - Grilled Cherry Marinated Prime Skirt Steak & Rabbit Hole "Heigold" Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 4th Course - Butterscotch Bread Pudding & Rabbit Hole Straight Whiskey Finished in PX Sherry Casks. The meal will be finished off with a very special tasting of Rabbit Hole's Mizunara Founder's Collection - 15 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Finished in Japanese Oak. Guests will finish the night at Burn By Rocky Patel Indianapolis for the after party with cigars and drinks.
