Wanted: Witness to Rear End Hit & Run

I was in my dark gray Dodge Grand Caravan, stopped at a light heading north on N 4th on the overpass over I-90. Was hit in the rear, pulled over to discuss, and the other driver fled, heading west on I-90. It happened at 2p, Saturday, 5/22/2021. If you have any information (license plate, make/model of car, anything) it would be very helpful.
