need a space for art

im moving to the tulsa area next week but im Moving into a small apartment from a large house. I’m a little stressed out about it because I need a place to do my artwork and just kind of hang out in my own space. it doesn’t have to have bedrooms or even a lot of comfort..it could be a garage I just need a place that I could lease to do the things I do with my artwork.
