Window AC making scratching noise, can you fix it?

It Is a Koldfront WAC10003WCO 10000 BTU 115V Window Air Conditioner with Dehumidifier and Remote Control, that is making a loud scratching noise when it's on. It's probably an easy fix, but if you can only diagnose it/it needs a part I will also give you the $25, I cleaned the filter it's still making this noise.
