Moving help - dump run

I need someone to help me move furniture and take it to the dump on Tuesday. Starting at 8:00 am. Must be strong and sober. Not doing much stairs. Mostly loading truck and going to dump. Probably about 6-7 hours of work on Tuesday. Also need a few hours of help on Wednesday morning.
