Need someone to paint and help with repairing some basic dry wall damages, patch up as required and paint a empty apartment. The main job is to paint the walls, re-grout some tiles and fresh up the unit for new tenant.
The apartment is about 1600 sq ft with 3 bed 3 bath. The apartment needs to be painted, cleaned and refreshed for next tenant. Mop floors, clean the cabinets/windows/Window sills, Refrigerator/Kitchen/ Bathroom etc.
I would like to get the work done in some time next week to get the unit ready for mid June move in.
The building in general needs the same type of maintenance work done in other units as well. Can continue with the work on the other jobs in the building if the first one works good.
