The Most Respected Gentlemen’s Club/Nightclub in Northwest Indiana is looking for a security/floor host/door person to work in a fun and fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly and knowledgeable when greeting customers but can be assertive when needs to be. This job requires the ability to make independent and good judgment decisions when needed. Duties include but are not limited to: • Checking ID's • Monitoring guests • Ensuring everyone's safety • Encouraging interaction between performers and guests • Make sure guests understand rules of the club • Anticipating and deescalating situations Nights and weekends are mandatory. Experience is not necessary, willing to train the right candidate. We have a very well behaved & affluent clientele. 95% of your job is about customer service and ensuring everyone enjoys themselves and wants to come back. Think Casino security. If that is you, we want to talk. This is year-round indoor work. The best security members get offered higher paying assignments like door, dance counters and even management. FYI – This position pays your hourly wage by payroll check and tips are in cash. You must be 21+ and have no felonies or DUI’s in the last 10 years to work at The Strip.
