Screwing In racks Into a cabinet

I need 38 audio unites screwed into a cabinet. Each screw has 2 washers and a nut. The space is small and I do not have the tools to efficiently screw these in. I don't have a drill and I don't have pliers to hold the nut still. Should take an hour to an hour and a half for someone who has the right tools. You don't have to do anything but screw these screws in. I'm willing to also pay a plus one, if you can find someone to help you so I don't have to. 2 hours max!!!
