A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body. It's like a massage with sound.

What to expect:
I’ll talk about the session first, answers any questions, then you’ll lie or sit down while I guide you through a meditation while playing a variety of healing instruments. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and/or blanket to lie down or sit on the grass to experience both the sound and vibration of the bowls more fully. Chairs will also be available if needed. Since we will be outside, you may want to also bring something to cover your eyes to relax more fully.
