Our goldendoodle Riley got out and believed to be have been picked up by a stranger on Princess Ann Ct in Crown Oaks on Friday (May 21st) between the hours of 1PM and 4PM. She had a collar with full details on who her owner is and is chipped as well. The person who picked her up has not called or reached out so we are presuming she is now stolen and vigoursly looking for her. if you know of someone who recently brought home a white goldendoodle with apricot ears, is approximately 40-45#, and answers to the name Riley, please look for our posting on PawBoost or reach out on Craigslist. Our young daughter is devastated that someone would just take our loved pet and not be a good samaritan and return her. We've raised her since she was a puppy and is a central part of our family. There is a substantial reward to the person who finds and returns or provides direct information leading the return of Riley. To fellow dog owners, please print this post with Riley's picture and give it to your vet, pet groomer, and anyone else who helps care for your dog. If we saw this happening to another family, we would feel compelled to help as we could (and now) understand the heartbreak losimg a pet causes. we have already had an owner of a search and rescue dog help track Riley to the place she was picked up and is willing to help with any new information of where to look.... To the person who took her, we hope you have a change of heart and will give her back no questions asked. If not, we hope you understand that we wont stop searching for her and we have a community of dog owners who are canvasing and actively looking for her as well because a true dog owner knows what you are doing is wrong. Once again, please just bring her back to her loving family.
