Only 20 Spaces Available! Come learn the skills of Paranormal Investigation from seasoned professionals in a location with 96 years of history. The investigation will begin at 7 pm and last for several hours. You will get hands-on instruction in the use of several paranormal tools of the trade such as dowsing rods as well as more modern tools including SB-7 and SB-11 “Ghost Boxes”, full-spectrum cameras, EMF meters, thermal cameras, SLS cameras and software programs like The Portal, Divination Box, SCD-1, and Impossible Box. Because this is a historic location with multiple stairways, a balcony and wooden stage all attendees will be required to sign an injury release waiver. The Palace Theatre was built in 1925 on the grounds of the former Majestic Theater. Owned by the same family for over 40 years, the Palace Theatre has been the home to vaudeville acts, silent movies and "talkies" all the way to the 70's. The Palace Theatre is now under the care of a nonprofit that produces two comedy dinner theater productions per year as well as other fundraising events such as Paranormal University. Event Schedule: - 7 pm: Brief welcome and outline of nights activities. - Divide into small groups, lead by instructors, into various areas of the theater complex. - Gather in the main theater for wrap-up and evidence discussion. MEET THE INSTRUCTORS: • Georgina Holzmeier Georgina is an experienced paranormal investigator, researcher, and host of the podcast Topic Paranormal. Her passion for old town history and preservation along with a curious nature led her to this adventurous hobby. Georgina’s investigative proficiencies include EVP capture, photographic evidence, detection, and spirit communication. Mastery of devices such as parascopes, grid lights, FLIR cameras, and other electronic equipment contributes greatly to her success as an investigator. Investigating with Georgina will include traditional methods such as the use of dowsing rods, candles, compasses, and pendulums as well as modern methods including SB-7 and SB-11 electronic devices, software programs such as the portal, Divination Box, SCD-1, and Impossible Box. Some of Georgina’s favorite locations she has investigated include The Palace Theatre, Waverly Hills Sanitarium, Blue 60 Guest House, Hill House Manor, and Mineral Wells VFW. • Cindy Little Cindy is a paranormal/historical researcher in Central Texas who is always looking for places to explore and people to talk to about their own paranormal experiences. Cindy has been a paranormal investigator for over 12 years and has completed courses in parapsychology and field investigations through the Rhine Education Center, one of the oldest and most respected parapsychology research centers in the U.S. Cindy also has a PhD in educational psychology and has taught graduate level research courses at a local university. Currently, Cindy teaches courses on paranormal investigating through a local community college and on Udemy. Finally, Cindy is a psychical researcher for the Institute of Religious and Anomalous Experiences. He is also a Runecaster and performs Past Life Regressions. Nick uses remote viewing exercises, sensory deprivation, the Ganzfeld technique and is in the beginning stages of learning how to channel to communicate. He has a passion for ethical and authentic paranormal investigating and for helping both the living and those who have crossed the veil. • Janet Roller Janet is an experienced paranormal investigator. Always interested in the paranormal, she won a raffle that included a paranormal investigation with a team in Granbury and has been hooked ever since. Since Granbury she was a regular participant of a meetup group led by an x TAPS member. When he formed an actual investigation team in Austin, she became a founding member. When she travels, Janet tends to seek out lodging with noted paranormal activity. She has stayed and investigated places such as The Menger, The Crescent Hotel, and The Jefferson Hotel. Janet’s main tool of investigation is an audio recorder and has recorded many EVPs. She also uses a Rem Pod, FLIR, Night vision cameras, and a voice box to collect evidence. Also in Janet’s bag of tools, are marbles, jacks, etc. to act as target items to entice a spirit to communicate.
