This Sound Healing Energy Event uses crystal and metal singing bowls, a gong and harmonium to send harmonic vibrations to the body. We are 40 trillion cells of energy! Let's hold each and every cell in our bodies in harmonic summer vibration with quartz crystal and alloy Tibetan healing bowls, a delicious gong bath and soothing harmonium melodies. Relax while seated or lying on your mat or blanket and allow your body to be nourished with the harmonic vibrations of these magical instruments. Bring water, a yoga mat if you have one, a light blanket or supportive pillows if you like and anything else you feel will support you. Let go and allow the vibrations to do the rest. Chairs will be provided inside this large and lovely space. We are limiting attendance, spacing individuals or pods 6' feet apart and wearing masks when entering and interacting.
