Local tree service looking for ground positions an in Boulder Creek. Preferably someone local with their own transportation. Needs to be reliable and punctual. This job requires lifting heavy loads, lots of time on your feet, physical endurance, and ability to work in difficult weather conditions including hot, rainy and/or cold days. Must be willing to comply with PPE requirements, such as hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, chaps, and any other PPE needed for the task. If you do not have any of these things we will provide them for you.
Experience is not required, but you must be in good shape and instructable. You will have opertunity to be trained from the ground up how to safely and effectively do all aspects of this job. I will even be looking for a potential apprentice. I have over 17 yrs climbing experience and have trained several climbers in the past. We are a rapidly growing company so getting in on the ground now may lead to a top position in the future such as crew chief or climber. We prioritize working safe, and doing the job right. We work at a resonable pace, and only expect for you to be able to stay busy and complete tasks fully and cooperatively with other employees. We will give you a starting wage and after a 2 month evaluation period your pay will be reevaluated. Strong motivated workers will be rewarded with advancement.
