For the loved one’s of those affected by substance (or alcohol) use disorders The “Support Thru Faith” core team aims to fill the spiritual hole that is left when substance and alcohol use disorders takes hold of a family. There is also a need to reach out to the community and meet the people where they are at the midst of this disorder. Please join FAVOR ~ Western PA to experience this prayer model. It is just one hour a month dedicated to deepening your relationship with God. Testimony of Kim Botteicher from the February 21, 2021 gathering: "I just wanted to say how nice it was to have a small prayer group gathered to pray for all our children, spouses, family and friends of those who have come through the center ...and those who haven't...and need our prayers! Sometimes...correction MOST times, I feel like we are not doing enough....what else can be done...what other services can we offer...my mind spins with all these thoughts! We've lost so many this past year and its made me think deeper into the spiritual side of recovery! And then BOOM...God put Mary in my/our path and she joins us with the ministry of prayer, healing of any affliction! Well, that's what's missing in our programs! So I hope when we schedule another pray gathering this Center will be full...and guided by the Holy Spirit to help all those we love!!"
