Food and Beverage Policy for Ticketed Cruises This vessel is equipped with bar service in the Captain's Lounge, Mixed Drinks, Beer, Soda, Water & Wine are included in your Beverage Package (optional ADD ON). No outside food or drinks are allowed aboard ticketed passenger cruises. Access point & Parking Venue is located on the South side of the river, between Michigan ave & Columbus dr. The best staircase access point: Stetson ave. Cancellation Policy 30 Days full refund or full credit cancellation policy applies. Tickets are not transferable , nor refundable if cancellation is requested less than 30 days prior to the event or a no show. Event cancellation due to the severe weather conditions will be communicated via email 2 hours prior to the scheduled event and will result in the credit towards future events. If experience is cancelled by the venue and not related to the weather conditions, a full refund or credit option will be provided.
