Assemblers Needed ASAP

I need to hire multiple 1099 contractors IMMEDIATELY! I'm at risk of losing my contract. They're providing more work than we can handle. We need to be assembling 150-200 items per week right now! The work will continue at this pace until September or October and then it will slow down. This is the perfect job for a college student! It's also good for someone who has a full time job and wants to make additional money on the side. The job is manual labor and YOU determine how much money you will make because you get paid a percentage of every item you assemble. Some of my assemblers make $30-40/hour some days. Some are just there because they want something to do and they only make $10-15/hour. I would prefer to hire those who are motivated to make the most they can but right now I'm looking for full time/part time/mornings/evenings/weekends only/summer only/pretty much anyone who's willing to earn money! We assemble whatever the home improvement stores need but most of our work is grills! We do assemble lawn furniture, mowers, picnic tables, etc. My goal is to have three to four people at this store (and at all of the other stores) five days a week so I would love anyone who wants to start ASAP! You need to provide a utility knife and an impact driver with a #2 Phillips tip at a minimum to do the job (I can purchase items and do payroll deduction if needed). If you have wrenches and sockets that's even better but not required.
