Wanted: Handy-Person skilled in carpentry to repair deck

We live in a townhouse with a small deck (10'X10' with a privacy wall on one side) at the back of the house that needs boards replaced on the wall, floor and possibly some of the railings (before we have someone pressure wash and repaint the deck). WE ARE SEEKING A RELIABLE, HANDY-PERSON WHO IS SKILLED IN CARPENTRY TO MAKE THE REPAIRS. Please see attached photos. We can send more photos if necessary, but whoever we consider hiring will have to come in person to see exactly what needs to be done and provide a precise estimate.
