Description

I started a van conversion for a 2007 Chevy Express 1500, and I am looking for some help to speed the project up. Ideally, you would be coming over to my garage once or twice a week on evenings and weekends to work on it with me as I would like to be a part of building it out. I am also open to dropping it off for certain tasks if necessary. I am looking for someone that I can work and collaborate with until it's pretty much done. Here is a list of things already done on the van: Grinded floor rust/refinished sheet metal Framed/insulated floor/added plywood floor panels Added sheet vinyl over floor Cut/installed ceiling fan Insulated walls with thinsulate Added wood panels to back 1/2 of walls Insulated/covered wheel wells Built wheel well covers that will be bed frame base Here is a list of things I am looking to have done on the van: Finish bed frame w/ piano hinge so it can be lifted into couch Build cabinets and butcher block countertop on driver side for stove/vented propane box/12v fridge Kitchen white tile backsplash Install three LED puck ceiling lights Cut and attach wood ceiling panels Stub out wiring/electrical for ceiling lights, fridge, ceiling fan (already have lithium battery) Passenger side door sink and cabinet with foot pump and clean/dirty water tanks underneath Rotating swivel chairs for drive/passenger side Install tow hitch Install backup camera Install webasto/espar gas powered heater Insulated blackout curtains for back windows and for front cabin separation Install/wire up solar panels Ceiling/wall corner panels Grind roof rust, prime, paint (can even be rattle can, more concerned with rust) I am easy going and want to be a part of the process as much as possible. Let me know what your hourly rate is. I am also flexible on the build and open to suggestions and better way of doing things as this is my first build.
