One-time gig cutting down and removing some serious weeds in my yard (approximately 15' x 15'). Okay, when I say serious, I mean waist-high weeds with stalks, no stems! This is not going to get done with a mower or a weed-whacker. You're going to need a more intense tool for this job. Still, with the right tool, shouldn't take you much more than an hour to do. I'm offering $100 flat rate, and if you need to rent a tool for the job, quote me and if it's reasonable I'll cover that, too, over and above the rate. But this has to be done soon...like before the end of the week, or code enforcement'll bite me in the ass!
