Need help with yard work May 30 and 31

I recently had knee surgery and need some help getting my yard back in order. I'm also installing 100 sq feet of pavers. I'm looking for a hard-working person to help me Sunday May 30 and Monday May 31. (8-5 or until complete) I work hard (even with a bad knee) and will be working alongside you. I need someone dependable and who takes pride in their work. Type of work: Weeding, pruning, raking, digging, spreading light gravel, and compacting. Bonus if you have experience setting pavers and can help me with that. I have all tools. you will need to bring/wear gloves and safety glasses. All work is "light" or "easy" work... nothing hard at all. My yard is one of the nicest on the street so this is fine tuning work not overhauling. I will pay $20/hour. If you work hard and do great work, I'll also provide a daily bonus. If you suck (show up hours late or leave really early, take really long breaks, do really crappy work, or damage my property), I will take it out of your hourly rate. I'm very fair but not a push over. Also must be willing to sign a hold harmless agreement (i.e. if you hurt yourself I'm not responsible).
