Description

We are in desperate need of laborers and buildout technicians. The ideal workers would be maintenance technicians/maintenance Supervisors in the apartment industry. We specialize in vacant house renovations and turns. Our current customer base has provided an immediate need for at least 6 hard workers. We always have work and this gig could turn into a very well paying fulltime opportunity. We pay at the completion of every project or every week- whichever comes first, there will always be another gig waiting for you if you desire more work. Starting pay is 120-200 per day depending on experience and speed. We have 8 houses waiting now and anticipate 8 more every week through the end of the year. All houses are vacant. We provide all materials. You must provide all needed hand tools and have transportation to and from jobsites.
