In search of skilled, and beginner carpenters/laborers. The individuals that would make a good fit will be self-starter types who know the value of hard work. The job itself is to be/become a frame carpenter. Our team builds new residential homes. If you are skilled with experience then you will be compensated for it. Beginners are very welcome we just ask that you work hard. A belt and hand tools are necessary for the job but for a beginner that meets certain criteria then it will be provided. We do not just want workers; we are looking for people that want to advance and eventually run a crew of their own. Pay will increase with skill and responsibilities. You will not have to wait for certain time constraints that most will try to force you under. For a beginner or a skilled carpenter looking to make extra money the opportunity to do other work will be available. Often times this work will pay even better than the day-to-day operations. This is because it is often on short notice and can take place after work hours or weekends. Our normal operating hours are 730 to 430. We take break and a lunch as well. Pay will be cash for beginners until we know you are a good fit. Skilled carpenters will be 1099 and can either get paid bi-weekly or by the job depending on skill level. This will require some assurances such as completing a house or 2 to make sure you are qualified. Pay is based on skill and effort. The starting wage for a beginner is 100 dollars a day and will increase as much as you want it to based on your effort. Side work will be discussed when it comes, but it can be upwards of 200 for less than a full day's work. Just depends on the job and person.
