*Please read the full ad before emailing* I have an 8 months old female pure Cuban Rock iguana that needs a loving forever home with experienced iguana parent(s). Due to health issues I cannot give her the time and training she needs. She is 12-13 inches long, completely healthy with great appetite. She hates cats and water. She needs to go to someone who understands iguana husbandry and is willing and capable of providing great living conditions for her, and trust training. She came to me as a 2 month old and she was tame and very sweet. She's currently in her "teenage phase" and is therefore pretty wild and elusive. I love her and want the best for her. If you're familiar with the species you know these are more expensive than green iguanas. I am asking a rehoming fee that is the same as what I paid for her when I got her ($400). She is currently in a 4x2x2 enclosure that I built myself. If you'd like the cage and her lights (1x Megaray 100W and 1x par38 halogen for additional light and heat), the fee will be adjusted up accordingly. Please do not email if you are not prepared for the cost. As I previously mentioned, these are not cheap animals to adopt/purchase/keep. I've spent nearly a grand on the lizard herself, the materials to build her enclosure and all the decor. I'm very sad to be letting her go but she deserves better than what I can give her currently.
