Need help building 30' long cinder block wall

Hello, I need to hire someone to build a 30' long cinder block wall that will be around 5.5' - 6' tall and around 30' long. The wall will provide privacy for a small patio in the backyard. This wall will give us privacy from the neighbors. Cinder block wall details: - Needs to have around 1'-2' foundation - Needs rebar - Needs to be around 5.5' - 6' tall x 30' long (you can come to take exact measurements) - Project should start on June 2nd or 3rd (we're timing it with when the person living there is out of town) Email or text me at least two references from past jobs and also images/descriptions of your experience building cinder block walls.
