Information found on the flyer. Neighborhood House is a local organization strengthens our community by bringing neighbors together to reduce hunger and homelessness and educate both young and old. We serve over 8,000 low income residents from kids to seniors, to ensure no one goes hungry. Our goal this year is to donate 1,500 lbs of fresh produce but it’s hard with a small patch. That’s where you come in! We currently have 450 vegetable planting starts available for FREE. Dan will supply as many plants as you need in trade for your contribution of any excess produce you grow. He’ll drop off the plants now and pick up whatever produce you want to contribute later in the summer. It’s a win for you and a win for your community!
