Hello everyone. If you are looking to rent a room save yourself some time and better yet the cost. I was living on Flanders St. renting a room from Neil Michael Cromwell since Dec. 2019. On July 6th his partners theaten me saying they were going to get an eviction over a notice that was a month old and they had received over $1000 in rent since I was given that notice making the notice no good. But they don't care about the law or how the law works. So if your wanted my the police or something like that this guy is your safe heaven to hide out at. But instead they waited one more week July 14th and while I was gone Broke into my room without noticed. And in so doing they disposed of all my belonging and other items along with changing the lock. Do not rent from this man or his partners. I have been told they will sit outside your door and listen to your phone calls, Neil has almost caught the back yard on fire many times. He never cleans up after himself. This man is a thief and a lier and he will con, he extort and manipulate you, into turning against other housemates. So save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else.
