Need MOVING Help

I want to move out of my apt in Everett by August. I have the equivalent of a 10 by 10 worth of property; not a house! I need someone that is licensed, will not sift through my stuff and steal, to load and unload a rental truck that I rent. The prices I see for labor help are crazy high. The most I can offer (and this is through my student loan) is 400.00 for the whole deal. That means load and unload. I am a senior and find I end up being a worker as well which is pretty strange considering I am paying movers. I do not want to be one of the workers. This is a local move. I have to find a place but right now I am in Everett. It is a second-floor apartment; not a house and no garage. Issues I have had in the past: stealing my things, going through my drawers, agreeing to a price then asking for more, and having ME do most of the move work. NO, NO, NO. This is like a scam. i want someone that is legally licensed and understands the moving load and unload max 400.00 period. Interested mover, please email. Again, I would like to be out by August. Asking for three adult humans to do the job.
