When the virus got away from them, China immediately BANNED TRAVEL from Wuhan to the rest of China An entire city of 11 Million, cut-off and isolated from the rest of their country. BUT.... China allowed travel from Wuhan to the rest of the world !!!!!! I'm thinking this was a planned attack.
