Question for the genius liberals

How is it possible that a so-called "Mail-In Ballot" can arrive at a vote counting facility with NO FOLD MARKS ?? In other words, how can a 'mail-in ballot' be considered legal or valid, when it has never been put into an envelope and mailed ?? Maybe that's what was in those boxes that were pulled from under a table in the middle of the night ?? HMmmm ???
