Need regular, year round, ongoing PT help weeding, watering, etc.

I need someone to work with me on a regular basis one or two days a week; year round; will work with your availability. This is usually light work - weeding, watering, planting or plant care. Please apply only if you have private transportation of some sort. I do not have properties on the bus routes. Please know that I need persons who work legally and can fill out tax papers. Please do not apply if you cannot work without your phone in your hand (be honest w/yourself).
