3 Year old Malchi still looks like a puppy

Moe is 3 years old. I use to take him everywhere with me but since I changed jobs he is now at home alone all day and he has been pretty sad. He loves his dog purse and will jump in it all the time begging to go somewhere. *He knows how to use his doggie door. *He gets along with other dogs. *He knows how to sit and stay. *He does not like the snow. Our other dog is 11 and doesnt really want to play. And I have been to busy for him lately. He needs a home with someone who has time for a playfull dog and wants to take him exploring.
