PART TIME RETAIL DELIVERY

Description

Retail merchandiser loading/unloading various products and delivering to various grocers including Shaw’s, Market Basket, etc. in Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts. In addition to deliveries, warehouse stock (large pallets) must be off-loaded into the walk-in cooler and organized for future deliveries. The job has no fixed schedule, the beginning of the shift can be as early as 4:00 A.M. and could end as late as 3:00 P.M. The pay is hourly and gross, meaning no taxes are deducted from paychecks and taxes must be paid through a 1099 form (subcontractor). No benefits or insurance are provided. We are looking for an energetic, reliable person to join the team who is located in northern RI (Pawtucket, Providence, etc.) or southern MA (Attleboro, Seekonk, etc.). Experience not necessary, but preferred: • Experience with retail deliveries, specifically to grocery chain stores • Experience with Handheld Computer • Must be able to safely lift 40lbs • Clean Driving Record • Must have transportation to truck site • No Drug Use Serious inquiries only.
