I am looking for an experienced and professional person who can tape, skimcoat, and sand/finish to prime a small bedroom and deep walk-in closet. The room is approximately 12' x 12' and almost a perfect square. There are two basement windows in the room, standard size. The walk-in closet is an under stairs closet running approximately 3.5' X 9'. There is a wood framing strip, separating the closet and the bedroom that will also need to be taped and skim coated. You will need to bring your own supplies and equipment. Project timing is flexible. When applying, please provide your pricing, availability and describe your experience.
