I have a mobilehome in Carson City and another in Reno that are in need of a rehab work and am looking for a handyman with general overall knowledge to do the job. Most of the work is cosmetic. I will pay hourly on a weekly basis and keep in mind that you will be considered an independent contractor and I will issue you a 1099 at the end of the year. You must have your own vehicle to transport materials and you must have your own tools. This is a great job if you like to work independently.
