Remodeling / Construction lead and assistants needed. Experience required and pay based on abilities. Any licenses or certifications will be considered. General remodeling company seeks a PROFESSIONAL, DEPENDABLE persons with various skills: General (framing/rough) carpentry Finish/trim carpentry with cabinetry a plus Painters - roller, cutting/brush, sprayer a plus, MUST BE CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITY Tile - setters, cutting, layout Sheetrock (install, tape & float, texture) General labor, demolition and site maintenance/cleaning Fencing - wood privacy, wood post, metal post Masonry - block and brick Reading plans and determining materials, roofing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, concrete and other trades a plus WE WILL HIRE SOMEONE !!!! We seek a well rounded construction trades-person that has desire to train up to a craftsman level. Our projects represent quality and pride, not hack or haste. Most jobs focus on proper material and craftsmanship NOT on cutting corners. MOST of our jobs are residential, but occasionally, commercial work is scheduled. This is a working / hands-on position with expectation of assignment completion. Everyone in the company (owner included) has physical job tasks and responsibilities to complete.
