Need a window air conditioner installed

I have just had an 8,000 btu air conditioner window unit delivered, to replace the unit I currently have in my bedroom window. I need someone to take it to the second floor, install it in place of the unit that is there now, and put panels in the space between the unit and the window sill. I attach photograph of the window as it looks now with the existing unit (the one I want replaced). You will see also the side panels, which I need because I do not take the unit out during winter. I depend on the panels to provide as much protection as possible from the cold outside. I want this done as soon as possible, especially as it won't take very long. Tomorrow? Please let me know, and tell me what you'd charge. I need for the person I hire to have his own vehicle, not to come via bus or uber. I will get a lot of replies to this, so in your response tell me whatever I need to know about you. Don't just send me a number I'm supposed to call or text. I will probably hire someone based on the round of first responses I get.
