Growing company looking for good team members! Experience helpful, but not required. Will train the right people. Requirements: must be drug free, must have valid driver license, no dwi’s or dui’s in the last 5 years. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must be over 21 years old and reside in, or within 30 minutes of Midland Tx. Must have reliable transportation to and from the yard and must be on time and available for 24 hour call. No exceptions. Must have good hygiene. If you can not or do not meet any of these requirements, please do not bother applying. The positions starting pay is $14 an hour, with room for advancement after 90 days. Pay is according to ticket time. Overtime available and pays time and a half. Health and dental insurance are not provided. Must provide your own clothing and boots. There are no set days off. Everyone is required to be available for 24 hour call, unless specified ahead of time that you are not on call. If you are on call and do not answer your phone for a job, you will be terminated. Fuel and housing expenses are not provided. Company truck and tools are provided. You must keep company equipment clean and functioning throughout your shift.
