Good opportunity to generate additional income by working in your leisure time Looking for part-time property manager to manage a self storage of 40 units. Will pay 20 per hour based on work Job responsibilities includes 1. Inspecting property twice a week (once weekend and once weekday) 2. Showing property to prospective tenants (once or twice a month, can be clubbed with property inspection time) 3. Collecting rents from Tenants by Phone 4. Updating rents in tenants portal 5. Cleaning property once tenant vacates 6. Regular upkeep of property (lawncare are in summer, snow in winter, gutters cleaning, painting etc) 7. Taking calls from prospective clients 8. Sending notices to non payment clients 9. Overlocking rentals for non payment clients Overall the work will be around 2-4 hours per week.
