Lawn Service Seeking Help

I have a small lawn service. I usually work solo, but with larger jobs, I prefer to have some help. Throughout the season, I have about 6 to 8 jobs ranged from about 1 to 4 hours. I pay $20 an hour. These include weed trimming, lawn mowing, weeding, bush and tree trimming, and general clean-up. I need somebody who's fit and reliable and who's willing to do small, occasional, $20 jobs, though a few may range from 40 to 80. Many I've called through CL Resumes are vague and non-committal and have sporadic phone service. I have 3 to 5 properties I like to have help with. One is in Colbert, one outside of Airway Heights (near the Air Force Base), one on Clear Lake about midway between Cheney and Airway Hts. I can provide transportation, but I don't want to drive way out to Spokane Valley, as I live in West Spokane. (I was stood up once, it wasted my time and set my schedule back.) I communicate by land-line, not a mobile phone. I like to set times, dates and locations and stick to them. Serious and responsible replies only, please.
