Looking for somebody trustworthy and reliable for a part time maid position. We have a large home in East Huntington near Fatima Church. Home has 2 dogs (golden retrievers) and 3 cats.
Responsible for about 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Home has multiple floors with stairs. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, laundry including putting away in closets, cleaning restrooms, surface dusting and cleaning, occasionally using a carpet shampoo machine, occasionally sweeping the outside front area, managing trash, cat litter and sometimes helping with pet feeding or other needs.
Attention to detail and ensuring the home stays tidy without direct supervision are important. Medium to long-term employment desired if possible. We can offer around 6-10 hours a week, scheduling is very flexible but we do ask for reliability. Can be done as 1 day a week or split across 2 days. All supplies provided, we just ask to know when we're running low on something.
