URGENT NEED OF A LOVING NEW HOME Looking for a happy, playful dog? Meet Bella! Bella came in with her brother, who was adopted. Bella is a happy and friendly girl and she has lots of energy. She is a young, immature dog, who needs someone that is willing to invest some time into basic training with her so she can understand what’s expected of her to become the best, well mannered girl. In return, she will reward you with lots of love and kisses and a lifetime of companionship. BELLA - ID#A509839 My name is BELLA and I am a spayed female, blue and white Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter thinks I am about 1 year and 1 month old. I weigh approximately 56.20 lbs. I have been at the shelter since May 06, 2021 and I am available for adoption now! SHELTER STAFF NOTES: 04/28/21 Took her out to the play yard. Fantastic little girl. Very energetic. Easy to leash but kept stopping when walking. Visited some of the other dogs along the way and showed no aggression. Loves pets, scratches and kisses. Does not know sit and will jump up on you. Not interested in playing with toys but does love to run around, and likes water. Sweet girl. Bella came in with a male pitbull terrier and has been temp tested with another dog as well. Due to her energy level, if she were to enter into a home with another dog, the best fit would be one that also has lots of energy and likes to play but is a not dominant. Temperament test notes: 05/07/21 Temp tested male Siberian Husky mix with spayed female Pit Bull mix. Both did well, no aggression seen from either. She is very high energy, bouncing and pulling, he was indifferent and not too interested in her. Took out her brother as well to see her interaction with him and she acted the same, playful and lots of energy. To the point of being annoying. He even corrected her a few times and then she sat on the floor and seemed to pout. Acted exactly like a little sister wanting attention from her big brother, when he's had enough, he yells at her to "stop it" and she sits and pouts wondering why is he always yelling at me? ml Interested adopters - please visit Friends of Moreno Valley Shelter Animals on Facebook if you wish to view her videos. The shelter's adoption application is located on the City of Moreno Valley Animal Services website and must be completed submitted to be considered for adoption. Bella had her vaccines, including her rabies, and her spay was donated so she is ready to leave immediately with her new family. Adoption pick ups are by appointment only. The shelter is open Tuesday - Saturday (closed Sunday and Monday).
