Intertape Polymer Group Shipping and Receiving Associate FULL-TIME $17/hr 101 E State Pkwy, Schaumburg, IL 60173 Responsibilities: - Using our company software (Global Shop) to receive, ship, and track orders. - Responsible to ensure Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is accurate for the assembly kitted and material is issued or backflushed in a timely manner. - Kit projects and coordinates with machine shop - Tracking punch list items and make sure projects are ready for assembly - Handling all paperwork involved with shipment logistics. - Unloading and distributing material and parts to various departments. - Reading and understanding blueprints and other specifications. - Scheduling trucks and shipments: both domestic and international inbound and outbound. - Keep parts area organized and clean. Able to periodically check inventory and be able to locate parts when needed. - Assisting in inventory - Keep accurate records so inventory remains accurate.
