This position is for a route janitorial and light maintenance position. SB Maintenance is a contract cleaning and maintenance company with currently 21 clients. We clean and maintain the common areas of condominium complexes such as lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms etc. This position would primarily be located with our Evanston and Lincoln Park properties. Job duties include but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, changing light bulbs etc. Requirements include: willingness to travel, a driver's license and reliable transportation, smartphone for scheduling & mileage purposes a background check and drug test. Monthly bonuses and mileage reimbursement is available.
