This position is for a route janitorial and light maintenance position. SB Maintenance LLC is a contract cleaning and maintenance company with currently 21 clients. We clean and maintain the common areas of condominium complexes such as lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms etc. This position would primarily be located at our NW suburban client including Niles, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights but could include other locations as well. Job duties include but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, changing light bulbs etc. Requirements include: willingness to travel, a driver's license and reliable transportation, smartphone for scheduling & mileage purposes a background check and drug test. Monthly bonuses and mileage reimbursement is available.
