Maintain day to day duties and assume responsibility under direction of Apartment Manager. Qualifications for this position you must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, general repairs and carpentry and ground maintenance Duties include but not limited to, painting,mowing, trimming, sink, faucet and garbage disposal replacement, pool maintenance, answering phones helping with the tenants daily needs
